Blackburn Rovers have allowed promising left-back Andy Taylor to extend his loan stay at Crewe Alexandra.
The 20-year-old has spent the last month at Gresty Road after veteran Alex boss Dario Gradi decided he needed a replacement for the injured Billy Jones.
Jones has returned to fitness but is now playing in the central defence so Gradi has decided to extend Taylor's stay for a further month.
The defender has yet to make his debut for the Rovers first team and was loaned out to Blackpool and QPR last term.
He has made four appearances for Crewe, including the Carling Cup defeat to Manchester United and the 4-0 victory at Brentford on Saturday.
