Rovers Fail To Land DJ

DJ Campbell's move from QPR to Blackburn failed to go ahead after the deal could not be sorted out before the 11pm transfer deadline.

The deal for a permanent move looks to be dead although Rovers are going to appeal to the Premier and Football leagues this morning.

The deal was always going to be a race against time as the player did not arrive at the club until 21:45.

There is still always the alternative of bringing the player in on loan.
