Blackpool boss Ian Holloway admits he could be in trouble for venting his frustration on referee Mike Dean after his side's late defeat to Blackburn.Brett Emerton's winner in the fourth minute of added time infuriated Holloway, who felt it was offside and there had been a foul in the build-up.
