Ooijer set for Rovers switch

Blackburn Rovers are close to signing Andre Ooijer after agreeing a fee with PSV Eindhoven for the Holland defender.
Rovers boss Mark Hughes has been chasing the 32-year-old's signature for the past few weeks, but saw his first two offers rejected.
However, a third bid, reported to be worth £2.1million, was enough to persuade PSV to sell.
Ooijer has made it clear he is keen to join Blackburn and even refused to play for PSV after they initially blocked the transfer, so talks about personal terms should be nothing more than a formality.
