Blackburn Rovers centre-half Andre Ooijer is confident that his side can bounce back quickly from a run of four straight league defeats.
A 1-0 reverse at home to Manchester United at the weekend continued the slide, but Holland international Ooijer is upbeat about the future.
He told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph: "When you're on a run like this, of course it's a concern.
"We've lost four times in a row, so we have to start winning again and try and turn this situation around.
"It's a big test of character for us, but if we continue to play like we did against United, then I'm sure we'll pick up points against other teams in this league."
Meanwhile, striker Shabani Nonda, who is on a season-long loan from AS Roma, is eyeing a permanent move to Ewood Park, despite having only netted once in 12 appearances/
Nonda told the club's official website: "It is a bad moment for me now, because I came here to score goals and until now I have not scored so many.
"But I will keep working hard and I believe the team can turn things around."
