Leg break woe for Savage

Blackburn Rovers have suffered a second serious injury blow in the space of a few days after Robbie Savage suffered a broken leg during Wednesday's 2-1 defeat at Watford.
Savage was injured in a second-half collision with Al Bangura and scans have revealed a broken leg which will keep the Rovers captain on the sidelines for the rest of the season.
The Wales international will now join Andre Ooijer who was ruled out for the rest of the campaign after the Dutch international suffered a similar injury against Manchester City on Saturday.
Referee Dermot Gallagher took no action against Bangura despite television replays suggesting the tackle was dangerous, but after the match Blackburn boss Mark Hughes refused to condemn the challenge.
"We've just had news from the hospital that it's a break. As to how severe it is, I don't know yet, but obviously it's come on top of a performance and a result we weren't expecting," he said.
"People have said that (it might have been dangerous) but I haven't seen it. I need to look at it again.
"I hope there was nothing untoward, just two guys going in for a challenge in a wholehearted way."
