Last-gasp win pleases Hughes

Blackburn boss Mark Hughes thought his side were lucky to come away from the north-east with all three points after winning 1-0 at Newcastle United.
Kevin Keegan's side missed a string of scoring opportunities during the game only to concede a stoppage-time goal when Rovers striker Matt Derbyshire broke clear before firing past Steve Harper in the United goal.
A relieved Hughes admitted after the success: "It was really important that we came here and won.
"We said before the game that at the business end of the season, draws aren't enough for us, we need to win the vast majority of games that we're involved in and the aim today was to win the game.
"I made a couple of changes in the second half and I think that showed positive intent, we put on two strikers and we tried a go for it.
"We had to weather a storm which you expect on occasions. I think they had something like 16 corners so we had to deal with them, but I thought the lads at the back and Brad (Friedel), who made a couple of crucial saves at good times for us, were excellent.
"And in the end we were always likely to catch them on the break when they're throwing people forward, and that's what we were able to do. Matt Derb(y)s(hire) was in the position that he loves to be in, he kept a cool head and it was a fantastic finish."
