Jacobsen Granted His Upton Park Move

West Ham United and Blackburn Rovers have finally had confirmation that the deal to take Jars Jacobsen to Upton Park has gone through successfully. Ratification has been received which means that the loan deal can go ahead. The 30-year-old full-back spent just one season at Ewood Park following a similar short stint at Everton the year before.
