Hughes targets Rovers rise

Blackburn Rovers manager Mark Hughes has backed his side to improve after they picked up just one point from their first three Premiership games this season.
Having qualified for the UEFA Cup last term, Rovers have made a slow start to the new campaign and currently prop up the table.
However, Hughes told BBC Radio Five Live's Sportsweek: "We have not had the start that we anticipated, but having said that, we have played teams I feel are going to have good seasons.
"In the first three games, we have played Portsmouth and Everton and the champions (Chelsea).
"The Portsmouth game, we were disappointed with our showing, similar to our performance in the first game of the season last year when we went to West Ham and were beaten soundly.
"But we certainly got back on track against Everton, when we felt we should have won that game, and against Chelsea I was pleased with the performance, if not the result.
"It is early days. We are not in the position we anticipated at this time of the season, but I am sure we will get back on track and start going up the league very quickly."
