Hibs hold Rovers at Ewood Park

Rovers dominated proceedings against their SPL opposition but could not break the deadlock. New signing Franco Di Santo, who has joined on loan from Chelsea, had the best chance of the first half but saw his header brilliantly kept out by Yves Ma-Kalambay. Jason Roberts, Morten Gamst Pedersen and Christopher Samba all came close in the second half while Hibernian's only real chance was a header wide from Ian Murray.
