Dunn relishing 'special' derby clash

The arch-rivals go head-to-head for the first time in England's top-flight for the first time since 1966 following the Clarets' promotion from the Championship last May. Dunn acknowledges that the derby match is unlikely to get blood pumping outside of Lancashire, however, he knows the significance of picking up the points at Ewood Park. The former Birmingham midfielder is hoping for a repeat of Rovers' 5-0 success the last time he played for the club against Burnley in April 2001. "People who aren't from here probably wouldn't give a t*** about the match. But it is a big derby," he insisted. "As soon as the lads go out there they will know it is a special game. "Burnley are obviously doing quite well but we really want one over on them. If you can't get up for this game then you may as well give up. "The last time I played against them we won 5-0 and I am hoping that is the case now. "Half of my mates are Burnley fans and half of them are Blackburn fans. I probably don't pick the phone up so much to the Burnley ones! "But the bragging rights will certainly be at stake." Blackburn 4/5, Draw 12/5, Burnley 7/2
