Diouf questioned over match row

Premiership footballer El Hadji Diouf has been interviewed by police over allegations made by a ball-boy about an altercation at a match. The Blackburn forward was accused of using racist language during the first half of Rovers' 3-0 defeat to Everton at Goodison Park. Diouf was interviewed at Everton's stadium by officers after the match. Blackburn Rovers are waiting for Merseyside Police officers to complete their enquiries before commenting.
