Published : 28 Jul 2010 09:00:44

Sam Allardyce hopes to quit Blackburn for a job in international football in the next two or three years. The 55-year-old has been in charge at Ewood Park since December 2008 but does not see his stay there lasting as long as his stint at Bolton."I would like to coach a national team, if one came up, in another two years," he was quoted as saying in the Daily Star."Another two to three years in the Premier League is about what I want to do."We will see how far we can take Blackburn Rovers. We'll see if we can get them beyond where most people expect and then, after that, managing a national side would be very interesting."
