Turkish star Tugay has told the media in his homeland that he is linking up with Manchester City as a coach. The classy midfielder bid Blackburn Rovers an emotional farewell at the end of the season but he is keen to remain in England and become involved in the coaching side of the game. Since hanging up his boots at the age of 38, former Rangers player Tugay claims he is set to work with Mark Hughes again at the City of Manchester Stadium after playing under him at Ewood Park. 'I made an agreement with Manchester City and will work as a coach,' he told NTV. 'To work there will be a huge step for me. When I feel strong enough, then I will begin to work as a technical director.'
