Tinkering Ancelotti brings Ballack back for Chelsea to face Blackburn

Michael Ballack, who was left on the bench against Arsenal on Sunday, will return to the side as Chelsea continue their four-pronged assault on the major honours in the Carling Cup quarter-final at Blackburn tonight.[LNB]Carlo Ancelotti's team is set to include five players who did not start at Emirates Stadium Ballack, Yuri Zhirkov, Deco, Salomon Kalou and Juliano Belletti plus Joe Cole, who was taken off.[LNB]Teenage prodigy Gael Kakuta may appear from the bench. [LNB] Back in action: Ballack[LNB]Ancelotti has excelled at the delicate task of cajoling his players, resting them without damaging the team's momentum or dressing-room harmony.[LNB]Assistant first-team coach Ray Wilkins said: 'We have to rest these guys, everybody.
