Simon Jones is Sportsmail's man on the inside of all the major transfer moves this summer. [LNB]His column, published every weekday, offers an insight into the deals which will be done and those that won't - and why. [LNB]A 5/5-rating means The Insider reckons it's a done deal; 0/5 means The Insider has his mortgage on it not happening.[LNB]Don't miss your daily Insider instalment here.[LNB] SCOTT PARKERWest Ham to QPR THE INSIDER says: 2/5[LNB]JIMMY BULLARDHull to WiganTHE INSIDER says: 2/5[LNB] [LNB] [LNB]West Ham have rejected QPR's initial offer of ?4million for the England international and expect a follow up bid to come. [LNB]QPR manager Neil Warnock has confirmed the club's interest in the 30-year-old and West Ham do expect they will have to sell. [LNB]However, Parker is unsure about a move to QPR just yet as they have yet to show just how much investment they are willing to put into transfers and the first day showing against Bolton did not augur well.[LNB]He does not want to leave for the sake of what could be just one season back in the top flight. He is still hopeful that either Tottenham or Aston Villa will come back in for him even if it may be in the last throes of the window. QPR do plan to invest in other top players but they may hit similar problems with convincing them to sign. [LNB]They are in for Shaun Wright-Phillips, Nedum Onuoha, Philipp Degen and Peter Crouch among others and the first big-name signing will be important in convincing others. If QPR bid enough, Parker may wait to see what develops first..[LNB]Bullard is having his contract cancelled at Hull and is expected to be clear to play for other teams in the next few days. While he was on ?45,000 per week at Hull it was doing his playing career little good as it meant the offers he received were limited. [LNB]He is 32 years old and has had a few bad knee injuries but his ability to turn a game and grab an important goal is still there. he may not have the energy levels he was once renowned for but there will be clubs now willing to take a gamble as they don't have to buy into his relatively huge salary. [LNB]QPR will be among the runners in the race to sign him while Wigan, Bolton, Blackburn and Norwich have also been linked.[LNB]His agent Simon Dent says there has also been interest from Championship clubs and that will likely include Ipswich who had him on loan last season. Dent said: 'This matter is now being dealt with by Jimmy's lawyers and we are confident that common sense will prevail.[LNB]'In the last 24 hours we have had interest from two Premiership clubs and two in the Championship.' A move back to his beloved West Ham could also be a possibility with Scott Parker on the brink of departure.[LNB]  SIMON VUKCEVICSporting Lisbon to BlackburnTHE INSIDER says: 4/5[LNB]DIMITAR BERBATOVManchester United to MalagaTHE INSIDER says: 3/5[LNB] [LNB] Luckless Blackburn manager Steve Kean looks to have finally made a breakthrough in the transfer market after a lot of near misses and is hopeful that three bids will come off successfully this week.Sporting Lisbon attacking midfielder Simon Vukcevic has long been linked with Lancashire rivals Bolton but he is understood to be having a medical at Blackburn today ahead of completing a bargain ?3million move. Kean pleaded with the club's Indian owners to help him out by splashing the cash in order to avoid a disappointing campaign and his call appears to have been answered. They faxed a request to Schalke for Raul which was dismissed but have since put offers in for another striker and a defender and Kean said: 'Things have moved on. We have had bids accepted and we are close to three players now.' Montenegro international Vukcevic scored only two goals for Sporting in the league last season but his creativity behind the strikers and alongside new Serbian signing Radosav Petrovic should prove a good combination.[LNB]Malaga owner Abdullah Al-Thani has already spent over ?50million bringing in new players this summer and is looking to succeed where others have failed so far by attempting to lure Berbatov from Old Trafford. [LNB]He may have timed it right as the Bulgarian started United's last two games on the bench and will be mindful that Mexico goal machine Javier Hernandez has yet to come back into the squad. [LNB]Berbatov has had a disappointing couple of months with the peak of his frustration coming with news he was being left out of the Champions Legaue final with Barcelona. He has since vowed to fight for his place stating that leaving United is only a step down. [LNB]Despite being a private person, he is well liked at United and his ability is valued although there is a general recognition that he is being phased out.[LNB]Malaga have claimed that Raul, Samuel Eto'o and Wesley Sneijder were all interested in moving to the club and they have already signed Ruud van Nistelrooy, Jeremy Toulalan, Diego Buonanotte, Santi Cazorla and Joris Mathijsen. [LNB]Van Nistelrooy and Berbatov may not be the dream ticket it seems on paper though and Berbatov may just hold out another season.[LNB]    Don't miss your daily instalment of The Insider every weekday through the transfer window here at MailOnline [LNB] [LNB] [LNB]
