German Bundesliga outfit Stuttgart have not given up hope of securing Blackburn Rovers target Cacau on new terms in the summer.[LNB] The Brazil-born Germany international striker is out of contract this summer and has been linked with a move to Ewood Park.[LNB]The 29-year-old recently confirmed he would be leaving next season after stating his desire to seek a fresh challenge after seven years at the club.[LNB]However, as Cacau is yet to sign a pre-contract elsewhere general manager Horst Heldt has not given up hope of retaining his services.[LNB]"The manager and I would be keen to see Cacau remain at our club," Heldt told Deutsche Presseagentur.[LNB]"The player decided there will be no further negotiations. This might be a fact as they were his last words on this."[LNB]Stuttgart boss Christian Gross feels the club still have an outside shot of Cacau signing a new contract to stay with Die Roten.[LNB]"There is probably a small chance for further talks," said Gross. "As long as he hasn't signed for something else, nothing's been decided."[LNB]Man of the moment Cacau insists he has not decided anything and that money is not the major factor behind his prospect of leaving.[LNB]"I've not made any decision on where I'm going. There's been no change to the initial situation," said Cacau. "But if the club came to me, I could think things over. For me it's not about money."
