[LNB]Kean, 43, is accused of being almost twice the legal limit when he failed a breath test just hours after his side's match against Manchester United last month. [LNB]Kean, wearing a grey suit, pleaded not guilty when he was formally charged at Crewe Magistrates Court on Tuesday. [LNB]The allegation is that he was breathalysed after his Mercedes was pulled over by police on the south-bound carriageway of the M6 near Knutsford, Cheshire, following the 1-1 draw at Ewood Park on May 14. [LNB]Kean, of Weybridge, Surrey, is accused of having 65 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath. [LNB] Kean was breathalysed following the 1-1 draw with United at Ewood Park [LNB]Kean was appointed caretaker manager at Blackburn in December following the sacking of Sam Allardyce before being given the role permanently. [LNB]The former Fulham, Coventry and Real Sociedad coach was granted unconditional bail until his one-day trial at Macclesfield Magistrates on August 15. He made no comment as he left the court building.
