Redknapp sees the Paraguayan, who sat out the end of last season with a knee injury, as the man to help transform Spurs into a top-six side. And according to the News of the World, Redknapp might be able to land the powerful frontman for a knockdown fee of £10million. Redknapp needs to sell some of the dead wood at White Hart Lane to bankroll his spree. He said: "If I can get the players I want we'll have a terrific team. I reckon it will take £30million to get them but I'll have to balance the books by selling." Sunderland's Kenwyne Jones, Aston Villa's Ashley Young and Boro's Stewart Downing are also possible targets for Redknapp.
