Suspicions: Sacked Rovers boss Allardyce[LNB]Sam Allardyce insists an unknown third party must have played a part in his sacking at Blackburn by making derogatory comments about him to the club's owners. [LNB]Allardyce was sacked last Monday along with assistant boss Neil McDonald by Blackburn's owners the Venky's group, who installed Steve Kean as Allardyce's replacement for an as yet undefined period. [LNB]Venky's decision came as a surprise to Allardyce, and he insists his lack of dialogue with the club's owners suggests someone else must have influenced them to act. [LNB]Discussing his sacking, Allardyce said: 'I really can't get it out of my mind. I can't put my finger on it, I think that's one of the problems. [LNB]'Having never really met the new owners and had little dialogue, somebody somewhere has obviously said something derogatory to get me out of this job. [LNB]'That's the one thing I want to find out because I want to find out why. If I can, I will, if I can't, I'll just have to move on with my life.'[LNB] Allardyce believes McDonald would have been a better choice to succeed him than Kean. [LNB]Allardyce said of the former Carlisle manager: "That was a stranger one for me. If there was anybody capable of looking after the reins, with all due respect to Steve, it would be Neil McDonald. [LNB]'He had a close working relationship with the players as assistant manager, he's managed before, it would have been him to look after the football club until such time as maybe they appointed a new manager. But that wasn't to be either.'[LNB] Des Kelly: Why should we listen to these chicken nuggets at Blackburn?Kenny Dalglish: Blackburn owners must match big talk with hard cashKean to get started in transfer market as Rovers eye Blackpool captain AdamBLACKBURN ROVERS FC
