Sam Allardyce's wife Lynn will confiscate his mobile phone tonight to make sure he has no involvement in Blackburn's game at Fulham.[LNB]Allardyce is due to undergo heart surgery on Friday, although Blackburn say the 55-year-old could be back behind his desk early next week.[LNB]And he has been ordered to ease his stress levels ahead of the angioplasty procedure by avoiding tonight's game at Craven Cottage.[LNB]No contact: Allardyce[LNB]Lynn will ensure Allardyce does not give in to temptation and contact his assistant boss Neil McDonald by cutting off contact before kick-off, as she did before Sunday's win at Bolton.[LNB]'I won't have a hotline to Sam if it's anything to do with his wife,' said McDonald. 'She confiscated his phone on Sunday and will probably do it again.[LNB]'I will probably speak to him before the game and afterwards. We will pick the team together before the game and then speak once it's all over.'[LNB]McDonald revealed that Allardyce is approaching his heart operation with the meticulous planning he usually applies to matches.[LNB]He added: 'Sam is going into it just as he always does by finding out as much detail as he can. That way he can feel comfortable with what is going to happen.[LNB]'There is some concern. When you are talking about the heart and an operation you are going to be concerned.[LNB]'But he has been assured it is routine and I can't see why it won't be. If everything goes according to plan then we are hoping he will be back on Monday.[LNB]'He has always got himself checked out on a regular basis and that is why he picked up what happened early. If he hadn't it might have developed into something more serious.'[LNB]Striker Jason Roberts has revealed the club's senior players made sure Allardyce's absence did not affect their performance as Blackburn picked up their first away win in the Premier League this season on Sunday.[LNB] All Rover: Roberts celebrates with goalscorer David Dunn as Blackburn ended their away-day hoodoo at the Reebok[LNB]Roberts said: 'We were told about it the day before the game in a very understated way. He talked about it and then went on to the tactics.[LNB]'But in that situation you can let yourself have an excuse going into a game or let it drive you on, and it drove us on at Bolton.[LNB]'We were just as motivated as always and that will be the case at Fulham. We have senior players here that will make sure of that.' Blackburn boss Allardyce set for return to work on Monday after heart surgeryBolton 0 Blackburn 2: Rovers end away day blues to boost absent AllardyceBLACKBURN FC
