QPR boss Neil Warnock looks set to relaunch his bid to sign Blackburn striker Jason Roberts after missing out on top target Jonathan Walters.[LNB] Warnock's attempt to land Roberts on a permanent deal appeared to have stalled earlier this month but he could take the 32-year-old on loan after Walters opted to join Premier League side Stoke.[LNB]"The closer it gets to the transfer deadline, the more players will want to play rather than kicking their heels in the reserves," Warnock told the Ealing Gazette.[LNB]"The players we want are expensive, but it could be a case of working something out that suits everybody before we commit ourselves to a big fee and massive wages."
