A charity football match between Blackburn Rovers and Burnley FC supporters will take place on Sunday, June 13. Money will be raised for charities helping sufferers of atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumours (ATRT) and dystonia, which have affected the families, or friends, of some of the players involved. The Burnley side are a local league club who will play a team featuring members of the Blackburn Rovers Mad internet forum. Organiser of the Rovers side, Jimmy Lonsdale, 48, of Padiham said: "Hopefully it could be an annual event for the future, plus we are planning to play other supporters further afield if successful." The game kicks off at the Anchor Ground, Darwen, at 3pm. Admission is £2, and everyone is welcome.
