lackburn remain keen on Papiss Cisse, but the player's agent insists no bid has been lodged.[LNB] Rovers have been chasing the Senegalese forward for some time, having first identified him as a potential new recruit in January.[LNB]The Ewood Park outfit have had the Freiburg striker watched on numerous occasions and believe he is capable of scoring goals in the Premier League.[LNB]They are, however, biding their time when it comes making an official approach for Cisse.[LNB]His representative has warned that they will need to speed things along if they are to avoid disappointment, with offers already received from clubs outside of England.[LNB]Guido Nickolay said in the Lancashire Telegraph: "Blackburn watched him about 10 times last season and I have seen the scout. But as yet we have not heard anything official. [LNB]"Of course Papiss would like the chance in the Premier League. There are clubs interested in him so anything is possible at the moment. [LNB]"Clubs from abroad have made bids for him but so far no English clubs have."
