Rovers have lost just one of their last six games and moved 10th after drawing at West Ham last weekend.[LNB]When asked about the reason for Rovers' upturn in form, New Zealand international, Nelsen told the club's official website: "If you could put your finger on it, you'd be a wealthy man![LNB]"But I think it is just hard work - all the guys have worked hard and have a good attitude, positive.[LNB]"If you do that, generally it turns itself around and I think it is a reward of everyone working together and working hard at training."[LNB][LNB]
