Defender Ryan Nelsen believes Blackburn are now reaping the rewards for their efforts after moving into the top half of the Barclays Premier League.
Rovers have lost just one of their last six games and moved 10th after drawing at West Ham last weekend.
When asked about the reason for Rovers' upturn in form, New Zealand international Nelsen told the club's official website: "If you could put your finger on it you'd be a wealthy man!
"But I think it is just hard work - all the guys have worked hard and have a good attitude, positive.
"If you do that, generally it turns itself around and I think it is a reward of everyone working together and working hard at training."
