lackburn co-owner Venkatesh Rao insists "money is not a problem" for Rovers, but has apologised for the situation the club finds itself in.[LNB] There have been questions about the Venky's group in a pre-season when the inexperienced Myles Anderson - son of agent Jerome Anderson - has been the only arrival at Ewood Park.[LNB]Manager Steve Kean has always maintained negotiations for targets are ongoing, and Partizan have confirmed talks are taking place regarding the sale of Serbia midfielder Radosav Petrovic.[LNB]But a mood of pessimism remains among Blackburn fans at a time when a tour of Asia is being undertaken with a squad containing just 16 players with more than one Premier League start to their name.[LNB]Venky's, though, insist there is no need to panic, as co-owner Venkatesh Rao told the Lancashire Telegraph: "Money is not a problem, the problem is miscommunication and the rumours have led to this situation, for which I am very sorry. [LNB]"We want to run it as a company, very systematically. On spending, we are very much meticulous and we want to do it positively."
