Blackburn Rovers have a few injury problems after coming away from Millwall battered and bruised due to the antics of the home side.

Rovers held the Lions on their own patch and now get the chance to have a go at them on home soil, a semi final tie with Wigan awaits the winners so Appleton's men will surely be up for this one.

As for Sunday's game, Adam Henley had to be taken off early in the game only for his replacement Bradley Orr to also be withdrawn after suffering a suspected broken rib due to Millwall's style of "football."

Scott Dann had to have his head bandaged after falling victim to an elbow.

"There were a lot of tackles flying around today and a couple of cheap shots going on out there, which is disappointing," said boss Michael Appleton to reporters after the game.

"Adam looks as if he has done his hamstring again, which is disappointing.

"Brad might have cracked a rib. He is really struggling with his breathing at the minute and is in a lot of pain.

"He is taking a lot of pain killers and we will get him scanned and X-rayed as soon as possible."
