Rovers Hero Shearer Rules Himself Out Of Newcastle Job
Rovers legend Alan Shearer will certainly not be the next Newcastle United manager, the man himself says so. The Magpies sacked Chris Hughton for doing too well and now have the feelers out for a new man for the hot seat. But Shearer, who has been in charge before but fell out with owner Mike Ashley, has ruled himself out. “I won’t be the next Newcastle manager,” he told the Telegraph. “I can guarantee you that. “I have said never say never but I can guarantee I won’t be the next Newcastle manager.”
