Rothen wanted in England
Jerome Rothen is attracting interest from a number of clubs in England, skysports.com understands.
The French international has two years left on his current deal at Paris Saint Germain but he is understood to be looking for a fresh challenge.
The 31-year-old has been linked with both Bolton and Blackburn, with the latter strongly linked with a potential bid in the French press.
Now Rothen's agent Roger Boli has confirmed to skysports.com that there is substantial interest in his client.
"Yes, we do know of interest in Jerome," he told skysports.com.
"There are clubs from England and Germany looking at him.
"He has been at PSG for five years now and is ready to make a move."
Boli, though, insisted he had not had any contact with Rovers.
"I have not had any talks with Blackburn," he said.
