QPR Test Water With 5mill Bid For Samba?

According to reports, Queens Park Rangers have made a £5million bid for Rovers' defender Chris Samba.

Manager Neil Warnock has said that he wants to bring in new faces to the West London club and a big defender was on his list.

There has been no confirmation from Blackburn Rovers on this speculation, although there have been reports of interest from another Premier League side Tottenham.

But Warnock has never been one to mess about with matters like this, he likes to identify and then make his move early, just as he has done when bringing Manchester United’s Federico Macheda to the club earlier this week.

Samba has been at Ewood Park since 2007, having joined from German side Hertha Berlin.
