PSV Eindhoven have reiterated their desire to bring Andre Ooijer back to Holland.[LNB] However, they are not yet in a position to firm up a deal for the Holland international.[LNB]The Blackburn defender has already declared his intention to return to his homeland when his contract at Ewood Park expires at the end of the season.[LNB]PSV technical director Adrie van Kraaij confirmed that Ooijer was a serious candidate to return to the Philips Stadion, where he spent nine years before joining Rovers in 2006.[LNB]"Not everything is decided and everything depends on other circumstances," Van Kraaij told Eindhovens Daglbad.[LNB]PSV cannot firm up a deal for Ooijer or other targets yet as they are still to finalise a full-time successor for coach Huub Stevens, who left the club last month.[LNB]Dwight Lodeweges is currently caretaker coach at the club.[LNB]
