Owls hope for fitness boost
Sheffield Wednesday manager Brian Laws is hoping for good news after strikers Leon Clarke and Akpo Sodje suffered injuries against Blackburn.
Clarke had already gone off before Sodje - who scored the Owls` first as they came from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 - suffered a groin injury.
They join midfielders Darren Potter and Tommy Miller on the sidelines, but Laws is upbeat over all four.
He told the club`s official website: "I know Sodje and Clarke will be the main topic of conversation after the game and hopefully neither will be too serious.
"Only time will tell and I will know more next week.
"Darren not being involved was just precautionary, while Tommy wll play in a behind-closed-doors game on Tuesday."
