Speculation has it that Sunderland are going to be making an offer for Blackburn Rovers midfielder Steven N'Zonzi very shortly.

The story originated from the Sunday Sun who reckon that with Black Cats boss Martin O’Neill missing out on Momo Diame, the French 23 year old is the next man on his list.

N’Zonzi want out of Ewood Park, he has made no secret of that after the club was relegated to the Championship, but he still has three years left on his contract.
