Derbyshire enjoyed a successful loan spell at the Greek giants during the second half of the season after leaving Ewood Park during the January transfer window. The 23-year-old impressed at Olympiakos scoring eight goals in 13 games as he helped the Athens club claim the league and cup double. Derbyshire made himself a big fans' favourite at Olympiakos and the Greeks are now keen to sign him on a permanent basis. Olympiakos are thought to have lodged their first official offer for Derbyshire on Friday as they look to bring in the striker ahead of their Champions League campaign next season. It remains to be seen if Blackburn will accept Olympiakos' offer for Derbyshire as Sam Allardyce weighs up his plans for next season.
