The 21-year-old admits it was his family that persuaded him to stay and fight to get back to his best.[LNB]It was Olsson who made sure of a crucial three points against Hull when his deflected shot from the by-line hit Boaz Myhill before creeping into the net on just 16 minutes of play on Wednesday.[LNB]Although it was officially an own-goal, Olsson will claim his mark on the shot which has steered Rovers eight points clear of the bottom three.[LNB]Olsson admits that he struggled for a long spell to find his feet at Ewood Park - but insists he is now finally starting to enjoy himself on the pitch.[LNB]"For six months I wanted to go back," he said. "I said I wanted to go back (to Sweden). Mentally I did not play my best football for a long time.[LNB]"I phone my family every day. I said I wanted to come home but they told me 'don't do it'."[LNB]Olsson insists he is now settled with Blackburn and has set himself the target of maintaining his place in Sam Allardyce's starting Xl.[LNB]"I hope I can stay here now of course," he said. "When I am playing my best football, I know I can play in this league.[LNB]"I just want more games to show that though. If I work hard the manager will pick me. It's as simple as that."[LNB][LNB]
