There have been no offers to buy the midfielder, probably because of the fee that Rovers are looking to get, but a loan option will get him off Rover's wage bill for a season and he will be playing rather than sitting on the bench or becoming a reserve player at Ewood Park.
The Spanish side will be paying his wages, there will also be a clause in the contract that says he could return to Rovers in January.
Even though Steve Kean and N'zonzi are known not to get on too well together, there are still hopes that things may be resolved and he plays for Rovers again in the near future, but don't hold your breath.
