All hail: Blackburn have uncovered a gem in defender Phil Jones[LNB]Michel Salgado has warned Aston Villa to prepare for another dose of frustration when they face the new John Terry at Villa Park.[LNB]Blackburn plan to pile on the agony for Martin O'Neill as Sam Allardyce's side look to secure a top 10 finish.[LNB]O'Neill's side have missed out on a Champions League spot, finished runners-up in the Carling Cup and were knocked out of the semi-finals of the FA Cup.[LNB]Now Salgado reckons teen defender Phil Jones is ready to add to add to Villa's misery.[LNB]Blackburn defender Salgado, a double Champions League winner during 10 years at Real Madrid, has played with some of the world's best defenders.[LNB]And he believes 18-year-old Jones, who signed a new five-year deal this week, has all the qualities to become as good as Chelsea's Terry.[LNB]So much so that Salgado reckons he is already as good as Terry in some departments.[LNB] Salgado said: 'He's a great centre back. He's played around 10 consecutive games and he's proved that he's ready to play for us.
