New Deal Signed By The Admiral

22 January 2011 09:15
Blackburn Rovers captain Ryan Nelsen has again tied himself with the club by signing a two year extension to his current contract. It could take the Admiral into retirement age with him being 32 now and the signing comes just one day after Steve Kean signed a deal that will keep him at the club until 2013. Only a few weeks ago Nelsen was speaking out about the unfair sacking of Sam Allardyce but having got that out of his system, he is fully behind Kean and his new regime. “It is a real positive that we are heading in the right direction,” Nelsen told Sky Sports News.
