MGP In Advanced Talks With Rovers
Blackburn midfielder Morten Gamst Pedersen is said to be close to agreeing a new deal with the club. The Norwegian is out of contract in the summer is beginning to find his form again after upsetting a lot of fans with lacklustre displays. But now talks are said to be in an advanced stage and it’s looking like the player could be with Rovers for a few more years yet. Manager Sam Allardyce said: "Morten has a deal on the table and his representatives will be over, no doubt, to finalise that deal with the chairman in the next few days or weeks. "We certainly hope he does agree terms and signs on for the next few years."
