Lowe glad with QPR performance
lackburn Rovers midfielder Jason Lowe was pleased with his side's performance against Queens Park Rangers at the weekend.[LNB] Rovers drew 1-1 with the London club in the Premier League at Loftus Road on Saturday but remain at the foot of the table with just five points from eight matches.[LNB]Youngster Lowe admits he rues that Rovers could not register a victory but is glad to have collected an away point.[LNB]"Obviously it is a game that we feel that we could have got three points from," the 20-year-old told Rovers' official website. "We looked at getting a win but I think it was a good all-round performance, a gritty performance. [LNB]"To come away from home and get a point we are satisfied with it but on the other hand we are a little disappointed not to get all three.[LNB]"The gaffer (Steve Kean) said just try and break up their play, QPR are good at dropping players into that hole and I just had to be aware of that so we didn't get too exposed, and I think all the lads right from the front worked their socks off and we deserved a point."[LNB]The next game for Kean's side is against Tottenham at Ewood Park on Sunday, and Lowe is confident of a good performance against Harry Redknapp's team.[LNB]"It is all about momentum, we'll definitely take a lot of confidence from the draw," he said. "Especially after the defeat to Manchester City and then the break.[LNB]"So to start the campaign again so to speak with a point away from home, we'll take that."
