Kean Very Unhappy With Referee Swarbrick

Referee Neil Swarbrick came under fire from Rovers boss Steve Kean last night after his side drew 3-3 with Leeds United at Elland Road.

Rovers had started off like a steam train and looked like they could have inflicted a lot of pain on Warnock and his men, but Kean believes that then came a bad decision that changed the game. With Rovers leading 2-0, El Hadji Diouf struck on 41 minutes with a goal that Kean felt should have been chalked off for a foul on Paul Robinson in goal."The big turning point was when the referee didn't give a foul on our keeper Paul Robinson, who couldn't punch the ball with both hands and they scored their first goal," he told reporters."If we had gone in two goals up at half-time I think we would have won but full credit to Leeds. They had a real go. "It was a roller-coaster game and looking back we will think it was a decent point, but at two up we were in total control. "We have gone four league games unbeaten which is a solid start."
