lackburn owners Venky's insist Steve Kean will remain as manager and will be given money to strengthen his squad at Ewood Park.[LNB] Speculation continues to suggest that the Rovers boss is working on borrowed time, with his superiors keen to bring a more high-profile coach to the club.[LNB]Venky's, though, are keen to underline their full commitment to their current manager and are adamant that they have no plans to implement changes in the dugout any time soon.[LNB]Co-owner Venkatesh Rao told Sky Sports News: "We have been very happy with him. We were in relegation trouble, but we came out of it. That doesn't help the rumours, but I want to reassure the fans that there is nothing like that happening. He is there for good. [LNB]"We are very positive about him. I don't know why these rumours come."[LNB]Venky's have also been forced to fend off concerns regarding their finances, with it suggested that they do not have the funds required to turn Blackburn into top-six challengers.[LNB]Rao has also refuted those rumours, adding: "Money is not a problem, the problem is miscommunication and the rumours have led to this situation, for which I am very sorry. [LNB]"We want to run it as a company, very systematically. On spending, we are very much meticulous and we want to do it positively."[LNB]Kean is currently in India holding discussions with the Rao family and he claims he has been given assurances that money will be made available.[LNB]He said: "I had a meeting with some of the family last night and I've got another meeting today. We will be discussing people coming into the club. [LNB]"I have got a great relationship with the owners and we are trying to get more people coming to the club and prevent anybody from leaving - it's as simple as that."
