Kean Close To Signing Duo Say Reports
Reports say that Rovers are becoming ever closer to signing Real Betis striker Hugo Mariano Pavone and AS Monaco defender Cedric Mongongu. Steve Kean looks like he has finally made some headway in the transfer market having missed out on previous targets, its believe that he has quite a bit to spend, it’s just finding the players who he can talk into a deal that is the problem. 29-year-old Pavone scored nine goals in 32 appearances for Argentinian side River Plate while on loan from Betis last season, he has bought out his contract with the Spanish side which means Rovers can picking up on a free transfer. As for Mongongu, Kean is expecting to hold talks next week.
