The ex-England international has been out of work since last December after just six months in charge at Ewood Park. Ince arrived at Blackburn as a highly promising manager after good work with Macclesfield and MK Dons. However, he believes lack of funds hindered his ability to shine at Blackburn and only wants to join a club where he will be given the backing to succeed. "I hope there's a good job on the horizon," said Ince. "I want to go to a team where I can have the finances to build - I didn't have that at Blackburn."
