Blackburn Rovers manager Michael Appleton thinks that Sunday's cup tie with Millwall at the Den will do his players the power of good.

The distraction of the FA Cup has come at the right time Appleton feels with his side not doing too great of late in the Championship.  The last six games has given Rovers just two points, but Appleton feels that is side can going into Sunday's game and enjoy it, and we know what happened when they played Arsenal in the last round. The boss knows that the game is likely to be a lively affair with a place at Wembley awaiting the winners. He told the club's official website: "I think this is an opportunity to put the league to bed for a few days. We've got a great opportunity to go and play at Wembley, it has been a while since the football club did that. "It is a quarter-final cup tie, two Championship teams going head-to-head knowing that the likelihood is that the winners will play one of the big boys at a magnificent stadium."
