Fears that Blackburn Rovers have no firepower up front were put to one side when striker Benjani said he will return to Ewood Park for another season. The former Zimbabwe international revealed he has been offered a new 12-month deal by Rovers boss Steve Kean, an offer which he is going to take up. So the goal machine will be seen in action next season which should give Rovers a fine chance of finishing in a Champions League place. Deadly. As he is known around these parts told the Lancashire Telegraph: "Yes, I will be back at Blackburn Rovers again next season. "I think the deal will be finalised in the next few days and then I can look forward to doing my best with the club. "I don't know if there were other clubs who wanted me because I always wanted to come back to Blackburn. I hope that will be sorted now."
