Former Rovers Chairman Goes To City

Former Blackburn chairman John Williams is back in football after being appointed to Manchester City. Williams joined City’s football operations department just three months after parting with Blackburn when Venkys took over ownership of the club, he had been at Ewood Park for 13 years. Part of his new role will be to supervise player contracts and working within City's academy structure.
