Former Bolton striker Michael Ricketts trains with Blackburn

Michael Ricketts is getting a hand from former boss Sam Allardyce in his bid to find a new club.

The former Bolton striker, 32 next week, was released by League One club Tranmere in the summer and has been using Blackburn's training base for treatment as he builds up his fitness.
