Forest handed Rovers tie
Nottingham Forest have been paired with Premier League Blackburn in the third round of the Carling Cup.
Billy Davies' men host Rovers following victories against Bradford and Middlesbrough at the City Ground.
The tie will take place the week commencing September 21.
